Position: External Sales Trainee/Area Representative
Sales Area : North East/ North West
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 OTE (Basic salary £30,000 + Bonus/Commission), Negotiable with industry experience
Education: GCSE level or above
Requirements: Clean Driving Licence

Betech 100pt Ltd have been Trading for over 36 years and are an established nationwide distributor of electric motors, gearboxes and geared motors, variable speed drives, and electromagnetic clutches and brakes.

As part of our growth strategy, we seek a motivated individual to join our team and strengthen our external sales presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and potential customers to confidently and professionally present our product range and services confidently and professionally.
  • Actively pursue new leads and opportunities while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams and management to follow up on leads and coordinate sales efforts.
  • Take ownership of your appointments and schedule, demonstrating autonomy and proactiveness.

What we offer:

  • Full product training, mentoring, and support including training on our internal ERP sales systems, for a comprehensive understanding of how the company functions.

  • Excellent holiday provision of 25 days, excluding bank holidays.
